Welcome to Prosperity Harbor
Prosperity Harbor is a community of 125 residences,
comprised of townhomes and single family homes,
some of which are on the water.
This gated community, established in 2009, is located at the north end of North Palm Beach
on Prosperity Farms Road, just south of PGA Blvd. Our community has a pool, hot tub and day docks for all residents to enjoy. The community is minutes from major upscale shopping at the Gardens Mall, beautiful beaches, kayaking and nature trails, top notch golf courses, fishing & boating, a wide array of great restaurants, and great schools.
